Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed tenders on a Single Stage TWO SEALED ENVELOPE basis for annual procurement items. Bidders must follow the EPADS v2.0 / PPRA e-procurement procedures and submit required bid security/earnest money with the technical proposal.
