Pakistan Navy (DW&CE) Pre-Qualification Notice for Supply & Facilities Works (Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Turbat)

Issuer: Director Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Pakistan Navy, Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for supply, facilities and furniture works at various Navy locations.

Eligibility and key pre-qualification requirements:

- Firms/contractors enlisted with Military Engineer Services (MES) in category 'A' or 'B', or other government departments with relevant experience, may apply.

- Required documentation includes company profile and credentials, list and details of similar works completed and in-hand (with sponsoring agency and value), list of available machinery, enrolled manpower including engineers (with valid PEC numbers), details of tools/plants/machinery, and bank statements for the last two years. Firms not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or who have not renewed registration as required in the notice will not be considered.
