College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed technical proposals from reputable Architectural & Engineering consulting firms for the designing and construction supervision of the first floor at CPSP Regional Centres in Multan and Bahawalpur.
Terms of Reference (TORs) & Fee: TORs can be purchased from CPSP Head Office (Karachi) and CPSP Regional Centres in Islamabad and Lahore upon written request. TOR fee: Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable). Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan".

| 6. Financial Stability | Audited balance sheets for the last three (03) years and bank name with available credit amount |
| 7. Tax Compliance | Proof of FBR registration, valid NTN and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance |
| 8. Professional Licensing | Valid registration with PEC or PCATP as consultant |
| 9. Non-blacklisting Affidavit | Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting by any client |
Submission details: Documents must be submitted by 2026-07-11 by 10:00 A.M. to Projects Department, CPSP Regional Centre Lahore (next to INMOL Hospital, Block-D, New Muslim Town, Lahore). Tel: 042-99231320-8 Ext. 146. Bids will be opened on the same day.
