The Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms to provide national digital communications, visibility and strategic amplification support.

| Eligibility / Key requirements | Consulting firms with at least five (5) years of relevant experience and a proven track record in national communications, digital communications, media relations and strategic amplification. Firms may associate with others. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage; shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals. |
