NHA Invitation for e-Bids: Data Communication Services between ETM Toll Plazas/Weigh Stations and NTOC (Islamabad)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for the procurement of services for a data communication medium between Electronic Toll Machine (ETM) toll plazas and weigh stations and the National Traffic Operation Centre (NTOC), NHA Headquarters, Islamabad. The work covers multiple toll plazas and weigh stations along National Highway N-5 (locations and geographic coordinates are specified in the bidding documents).

Eligibility and procurement method: Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and where applicable be registered with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for telecom/ICT services. Bids will be received electronically—e-Bids must be submitted via the NHA e-Bidding portal (www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk). The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure; bidders must prepare proposals in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and the bidding documents.
