National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, invites e-bids for provision of technical support for upkeep of static, mobile and SSWM weigh stations on the NHA network for the period 2026–2029. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and hold a valid Operator license from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
The procurement comprises three packages under contract SLAWS-PK-II-26 with the following scope (number of weigh locations and weigh equipment):

Bidding documents, bidding instructions and evaluation criteria will be available on the NHA e-bidding website. Documents are available from June 15, 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via the NHA e-bidding portal. The e-bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-07-02 by 11:00 hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
