Tender: Pre-Qualification for Local Purchase of Medicines (LPDD) – Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. Purpose: Pre-qualification (new registration) of firms for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables and laboratory items on a day-to-day (LPDD) basis for the year 2026–2027 under Punjab procurement guidelines.

How to apply / key requirements:

- Walk-in interview for registration will be conducted on the stated date and time. Documents and original supporting papers must be presented at the time of interview.

- A refundable Performance Guarantee of PKR 35,000 in the shape of CDR in the name of Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi must be submitted at the time of interview. No document will be accepted without this Performance Guarantee.

- Registration documents can be obtained from the Purchase Department immediately after the interview notice is published and may also be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk

- Response time and other terms will be governed by PPRA rules; decisions made as per PPRA rules and relevant amendments.
