Tender: Framework Contract for Purchase & Repair Services — District Police Officer Bahawalpur

District Police Officer, Bahawalpur invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract for purchase of goods, repair/services of miscellaneous items and repair of other/residential buildings for FY 2026-2027. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure; bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities (PRRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax, PEC as applicable).

Key submission & opening dates: E-bid submission deadline 2026-08-03 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-03 at 10:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened on a subsequently announced date.

Bid security & guarantees: Bidders must provide bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount. Original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of District Police Officer, Bahawalpur) must be furnished as required by the procurement documents. On acceptance of a bid, a performance guarantee equal to the required percentage (as per PPRA rules) will be demanded. Bid validity is until the close of the financial year (30-06-2027).

Eligibility & submission: Open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers (including joint ventures if applicable) registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and meeting registration/tax requirements. Complete single-package e-bids (technical and financial) must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with bidding documents and instructions. All other procurement conditions, documentation requirements and submission procedures follow PPRA rules and the Punjab e-Procurement regulations as stated in the bidding documents.
