WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid Notice — Spares & Equipment for Units 1–14 (Submission 2026-06-30)

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Tarbela Power Station invites electronic bids from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors and their authorized representatives for supply of spares and equipment on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Contractors should be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category. Contract completion period: 120 days from date of Purchase Order. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADs (e-procurement) by 11:00 Hrs on the bid submission date; manual bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR/Bank guarantee in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Bids will be opened at the times shown below in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
