CDA Invites E-Bids for Multiple Construction & Renovation Works at FIA Headquarters, Islamabad (Closing 2026-07-29)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)–registered contractors for several construction and renovation works at the FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad, to be submitted via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system.

Works include construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms on multiple floors, renovation of the main block and Global Interpol Academy, and construction of a cafeteria. A Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection will be followed. Bids must be submitted and will be opened on 2026-07-29 (submission from 11:00 AM); bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0, provide the specified bid security, and comply with CDA/PPRA procurement rules.
