Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above for the procurement of repair and maintenance works at NCCBA Building No.12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. The procurement will follow a Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
Bidding documents and submission are available only through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the bidding document (in the form of pay order or call deposit). Submit e-bids on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-07-31 at 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
