TAJ Residencia — Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Multiple Construction Projects in Islamabad

TAJ Residencia (Sardar Group of Companies) invites applications with supporting credentials for pre-qualification of firms/contractors for several construction works adjacent to I-14, Islamabad. Only firms enlisted with PEC are eligible to apply. Pre-qualification documents are available from the TAJ Management Office and completed applications will be received by the deadline below.

Eligibility & Required Documents:

- Firms must be enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Provide credentials, supporting documents and evidence of similar nature of works executed during the last 05 years including: date of physical completion, percentage progress of work in hand, amount of work (in rupees), completion period (months), and performance report from the sponsoring agency/client.
- Furnish list of movable & immovable assets, skilled/unskilled personnel, machinery/equipment, audited financial statements/bank statement for the last 03 years, sales tax (GST) registration, NTN certificate and other relevant documents.
- Firms/contractors not registered with the Banking & Construction Engineering Council (valid PEC registration for the year 2016) will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.

Procurement & Submission:

- Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Contract Department, TAJ Management Office Tulip Sector Main Boulevard TAJ Residencia Adjacent I-14 Islamabad.
- Documents available: from Monday, 2016-06-22 to Friday, 2016-07-03.
- Completed applications will be received up to Monday, 2016-07-04.

Notes: Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under the relevant PPRA rules.
