Issuer: College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). CPSP invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced contractors for maintenance and rehabilitation works at the CPSP Regional Centre, Lahore, including works on nine guest rooms and a new extension block.

How to obtain Tender Documents (TORs): TORs can be purchased from CPSP Headquarters, Karachi or CPSP Regional Centre Lahore on written request. Cost: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Payment by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of “College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan”.

Key submission & opening deadline: Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-20 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day.

Requirement / Information Details
Scope Maintenance & rehabilitation of nine guest rooms and new extension block at CPSP Regional Centre, Lahore.
Eligibility Reputed contractors with specialized experience in office/educational building works. Minimum 10 years' experience and satisfactory track record.
Mandatory documents (to be submitted with technical proposal)
  • Company profile with contact details.
  • Legal status: partnership deed / Articles of Association and Power of Attorney (if any).
  • Experience/track record: minimum 10 years, list of similar projects with costs and completion dates.
  • Client satisfaction: performance/completion certificates from previous clients.
  • Current workload: list of similar works currently in hand.
  • Financial stability: audited balance sheets for last three years and bank credit line certificate.
  • Tax compliance: proof of FBR registration, valid NTN, and up-to-date income tax certificate.
  • Professional licensing: valid registration with PEC or PCATP (as consultant).
  • Non-blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation/blacklisting.
Bid security / Earnest money Earnest money: 2% of bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders). Deposit by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
