REDAMCO RFP: Consultancy for Planning, Feasibility Study & Transaction Advisory – Submit by 2026-07-16

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State Owned Enterprise).

REDAMCO invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) from experienced and capable consultancy firms (registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments) to provide Technical and Financial proposals for TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES under Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Scope / Objectives of the Consultancy

RFP Documents & Submission

RFP documents will be available immediately after date of publication on E-Pads, the PPRA website and REDAMCO website (www.redamco.com). Proposals (Technical & Financial) must be delivered to the addressee below and also uploaded on E-Pads (mandatory requirement) on or before 2026-07-16 at 14:00. Proposals will be opened on the same day, 2026-07-16, at 14:30 in the presence of interested representatives of the consultancy firms who may choose to be present.

Important Notes

• Late RFPs or those not conforming to the prescribed method shall be rejected straight away.
• REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms in connection with the preparation or delivery of RFPs.
• The Procuring Agency (REDAMCO) reserves the right to reject all RFPs as per Rule 33 of the PPR Rules amended up to date.
