Head Procurement, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. Detailed specifications and tender documents are available on written request on company letterhead and on payment of the tender fee by bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance (see conditions). Important conditions:

• Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per tender (bank draft/pay order). Cash will not be accepted.
• Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
• Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply against orders.
• Postal delays are the bidder's responsibility. Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and due date.
• Tenders received after the opening time/date will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening.
• Payments will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
• Original bank draft and tender documents must be received at the office one day before the opening date.
