REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids to Lease Constructed Shops at Peshawar Cantt

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed single-stage one-envelope bids for leasing constructed shops at Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar Cantt on a one-time non-refundable premium and advance annual rent basis for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years) under Public Private Partnership.

Key dates and submission: Bid submission deadline 2026-06-30 at 03:00 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station. Bid opening on 2026-06-30 at 03:30 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important terms: 8% compound escalation in annual rent. Bid documents/terms & conditions available during working hours from Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd office Islamabad or DS Office Peshawar Cantt. Bid document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (in shape of CDR/PO in favor of REDAMCO). Bid security: separate CDR/PO for each shop (amounts above) payable to REDAMCO and to be attached with the bid. Bids must state shop number on envelope. Successful bidder must deposit 100% of offered premium and first six months rent within 15 working days of acceptance; failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids.
