E-Tender Notice — Road, Street, Drain & Culverts Works in Kunjah, Gujrat (LG&CD Civil Division)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Gujrat. Electronic tenders are invited via the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA e-tendering) system for civil works. Eligible contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2025-26 in the relevant category/codes and should have valid registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Key submission requirements:

• Tenders must be submitted online through the PPRA e-tendering portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) following PPRA rules.
• Earnest money (5% of estimated cost) must be uploaded with the e-bid in the form of a CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Gujrat.
• The original CDR must be submitted to the Office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub Division, Gujrat, half an hour before the bid opening on the same day; failing which the bid/contractor will be disqualified.
• Contractors must follow PEC and PPRA tendering procedures; any false information or forged documents (including CDR/receipts) will lead to blacklisting and cancellation of participation.
• Contractor to submit performance guarantee as per clause-56 of PPRA Rules when awarded.
• Bidders quoting rates more than 30% below must submit a rate analysis; otherwise the tender may be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.

Bid opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Contractors may attend the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub Division, Gujrat at the stated opening time.
