E-Tender: Installation of Hybrid Off-Grid Solarization for Courts — District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin

District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules for supply and installation of Hybrid Off-Grid Solarization systems for courts at district and sub-division locations. Eligible, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and, if applicable, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) may submit bids via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online on the E-PA&DS / Punjab e-Procurement portal before the closing date 2026-06-29 at 10:00 AM. Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/bank draft for bid security must be deposited in a sealed envelope at the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin before the opening of technical bids. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 10:30 AM; financial bids will be opened subsequently (same day) in the office of the District & Sessions Judge.

Bid Security & Procedure: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (amounts shown above) in the form of CDR/Bank Draft in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin is required. Bidding will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.

Eligibility & Documents: Firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and other applicable regulatory bodies and upload required documents on E-PA&DS. Further details, bid documents and instructions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website.
