Key procurement details:
- Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes (Technical, Bid Security, and Financial). Bids must be submitted online via the NHA e-bidding portal.
- Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, appear on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and hold the required valid operator/contracting license as specified in the tender documents.
