Key eligibility and submission requirements:
- Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website.
- Bidders must upload a scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, half hour before opening, otherwise the firm/contractor will be disqualified.
- Successful bidder must furnish Performance Guarantee (CDR / Bank Guarantee) within the timeframe specified in the tender documents and upload the guarantee on the e-procurement website; original guarantee to be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Building Division, Jhang. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money.
