Purpose: Invitation for E-Bids for framework contracts for supply/provision of dietary items for financial year 2026-27 to multiple operational districts (including Lahore, Kasur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and D.G. Khan). Eligible bidders: firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 via EPADS.

How to obtain bidding documents: Download from PPRA website and EPADS (Punjab e-Procurement) portals. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules. Detailed bidding documents, specifications and terms are available online.
Bid security & guarantees: Bidders must submit original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in a sealed envelope (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank) in favour of Director General, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Lahore before E-Bid submission deadline. On acceptance, the successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value (CDR) as per PPRA rules.
Other conditions: Bids will be opened on Monday 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives. Procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Technical bids must include income/sales tax registration certificates and other documents as required. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. E-Bid validity: 180 days.
Note: The Bureau may add more supply districts during the financial year and reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per PPRA rules.
