District Council Toba Tek Singh E-Tender Notice for Repair & Maintenance Works

Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites online bids (E-Bids) from registered contractors/firms for multiple repair and maintenance/construction works (drains, soling, re-soling, earth filling, RCC slabs, raising of manhole covers, patch work, P.C.C., etc.) on rural/municipal routes in District Toba Tek Singh. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Key tender instructions:

• Bids to be submitted online through the E-PAD (Punjab e-procurement) system only.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh. Original CDR must be submitted to the Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before opening.
• Tenders uploaded on PPRA and EPADS on 2026-05-29.
• If the lowest quoted rates are more than 5% below the estimated cost, additional performance security may be required per PLGW Rules and PPRA Rules.
• The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or proposal as per PPRA rules.
