Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar invites e-tenders (E-PADS) from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms/contractors and registered Punjab PPRA contractors for multiple civil and water-supply works in District Bahawalnagar. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-tendering system (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk).
Important instructions: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/code) and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Earnest money of 5% must be uploaded as CDR in favour of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bahawalnagar. Original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the opening date one hour before opening. Performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA rule 56. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-11 at 10:00 AM at the Office of Executive Engineer PHE Department (Near Pull Fordwah Canal), Bahawalnagar. Bid opening: 2026-06-23 at 01:00 PM (contractors may attend the office of Director Development & Finance, Bahawalpur Division, Bahawalpur); results/announcement at 02:00 PM same day.
Submission method: Online via Punjab e-procurement website. Non-responsive or incomplete bids (e.g., blank entries, incomplete financial bids) will be rejected. Any fake information or invalid CDR will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. For clarification contractors may attend the Pre-Bid Meeting as noted.
