Punjab Highways Department Tender: Rehabilitation of Road, Haroonabad Tehsil (Bahawalnagar) — Bid Opening 2026-10-28

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bahawalnagar (Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle Bahawalpur).

Purpose: Open tender for the rehabilitation of road from Banglow Road to Dhobi Ghat Road Chowk and link Canal 4R bridge toward MC School Road in Tehsil Haroonabad, District Bahawalnagar. Bidding through Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility & Conditions: Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and holding a valid renewed PEC licence for Financial Year 2026-27 may participate. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through digital online payment (PSID) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Bahawalnagar. Performance security/guarantee of 10% of the contract amount by the lowest evaluated bidder is mandatory within 15 days of award via digital online payment. No physical bid securities will be accepted.

Submission & Notes: Bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk or https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Opening of bids will be held in presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. Successful bidders' claims for work done must be submitted electronically and will be processed through Digital Measurement Book.
