Punjab Highways Department Tender — Rehabilitation of Road near Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar (Bid Due 2026-10-28)

Issuer: Punjab Highways Department — Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bahawalnagar (Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle Bahawalpur).

Purpose: Invitation to tender for the rehabilitation of road from Banglow Road to Dhobi Ghat Road Chowk and link Canal 4R bridge toward MC School Road in Tehsil Haroonabad, District Bahawalnagar. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements: Contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and possess a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026–27. All contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement platform and submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost only through digital online payment (PSID) via the Punjab e-Procurement System (link with BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Bahawalnagar. No physical bid securities will be accepted.

Performance Security: The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a Performance Security / Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter, only through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Bahawalnagar. The performance guarantee must be valid for three months beyond the completion/extended completion period.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Contractors may attend the opening at the Office of the Commissioner, Bahawalpur.
