Punjab Irrigation e-Tender — Concrete Lining of Rode Minor RD 0+000 to 20+000 (Lahore) — bids due 2026-06-22

Punjab Irrigation Department (Executive Engineer, Lahore Division C&BD) invites e-tenders under Single Stage–One Envelope from PEC-registered contractors (specialization CE-04) and firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council. Item rates to be applied for the period 01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS / PPRA e-tendering system.

Key instructions:

• Contractors must be registered with Punjab PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and hold PEC CE-04 specialization.
• Bid security/earnest money must be in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt from Bank of Punjab (BOP) only and uploaded on EPADS. Original CDR/BG and attested PEC registration copy must be delivered to the Superintendent Engineer, Depalpur Canal Circle, Canal Bank Dharampura, Lahore by 2026-06-22 at 13:00 hrs.
• After uploading bids, participating firms must attend the Superintendent Engineer’s office on 2026-06-22 at 13:30 hrs for bid retrieval and opening.
• Complete tender documents, terms and conditions, and bidding requirements are available on EPADS and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Bids not complying with stated requirements or missing earnest money by the deadline will be considered non-responsive.
