Issuer: District Council Faisalabad. The Council invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors (through e-tendering) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26, with proven reputation and experience in executing similar public-sector works, to participate in the tender for the following work. Only firms registered on the EPADS e-procurement portal and meeting the stated requirements will be eligible.

How to apply and key instructions:
- Obtain RFP / Pre-Qualification documents and evaluation criteria via the EPADS e-procurement portal (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and the PPRA website. Relevant portals include the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA site.
- All interested applicants/contractors must register on EPADS to become eligible. Pre-qualification documentation detailing requirements, terms and conditions, and list of documentary evidence required to demonstrate pre-qualified qualification is available on EPADS and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.
- Submit all required documents on EPADS before the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Only pre-qualified contractors will be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings under PPRA Rules 2014 (with up-to-date amendments).
- Additional information or clarifications can be obtained until 2026-05-25. The evaluation committee will review pre-qualification requests in accordance with the published criteria.
