The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (CRO, Peshawar) issues a notice under Section 425(3) of the Companies Act, 2017 naming companies found not to be carrying on business or in operation: Moon Light Traders (SMC-Private) Limited; Association for Sustainable Integrated Development; Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Primary Healthcare Initiative; and Umeed Rural Development Organisation.
Each named company is required to show cause within 30 days from the date of this notice (dated 2026-06-22). If no satisfactory cause is shown, the companies will be struck off the register and dissolved. Issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, CRO Peshawar.
