Punjab Irrigation Department e-Tender – Flood Restoration & Reconstruction Works (Gujranwala Drainage Division)

Issuer: Punjab Irrigation Department. Executive Engineer, Gujranwala Drainage Division, Gujranwala invites online bids (E-Tenders) for multiple civil works including flood restoration and reconstruction works under a Single Stage–Single Envelope bidding procedure.

Scope: Multiple packages for flood restoration and reconstruction works (drains, nullahs and allied works). Estimated costs shown in the notice range approximately from Rs. 1.589 million to Rs. 19.838 million with corresponding earnest money (bid security) amounts approximately from Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 397,000. Eligibility and preconditions:

- Contractors/firms must be registered with the Punjab PPRA and be on the active list of the Punjab e-procurement system (EPADS).

- Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold the required specialization code and category to undertake the advertised works.

How to obtain documents and submit bids:

- Tender documents and bidding procedures are available on the Punjab e-procurement / EPADS portal. Interested contractors must be registered on EPADS to download documents and submit bids online.

- Bid security/earnest money must be furnished in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favour of Executive Engineer, Gujranwala Drainage Division, Gujranwala and uploaded as required on the EPADS portal.
