Punjab Building Department E-Tenders: Revamping/Upgradation of Secondary Healthcare Facilities, Gujrat (Group A & B)

Issuer: Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Gujrat. E-tenders are invited from engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) for revamping / upgradation of leftover secondary healthcare facilities in District Gujrat.

Key requirements: Firms must hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category/codes; register on the Punjab eProcure website; upload a scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost as earnest money (as per PPRA rules) in the name of Executive Engineering Circle, Buildings Division Gujrat; submit original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day at least half an hour before bid opening. Bids submitted with false information or fake CDRs will be disqualified and referred to PEC/PPRA. All procurement procedures follow PPRA rules.

Submission / Opening: Bids will be retrieved from the e-procurement system and opened by the Tender Opening Committee on 2026-06-26. Bidders may attend the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Gujrat on 2026-06-26 (bids retrieval at 14:00 and announcement/opening in presence of the Tender Opening Committee at 14:30).

How to apply: Submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) portal per portal procedures. Upload scanned CDR (5%) with the online bid and submit the original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening.
