Walton Cantonment Board Lahore Invites E-Bids for Repair & Overhaul of MF-375 Tractors (2 Nos)

Walton Cantonment Board, Lahore (Military Lands & Cantonments Department) invites online/electronic bids through the e-Procure system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) under single-stage, single-envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004 for repair services.

Eligibility: Registered manufacturers/suppliers/dealers authorized by original equipment manufacturers or local taxes/authorized dealers; registered on the e-procure (e-PAk) portal and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must have adequate past experience and financial capability.

Submission: Complete and authentic bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Procure / Acquisition & Disposal System (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing time.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the total estimated cost in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment Board. Original CDRs shall be submitted through courier before closing date and time if required by the tender conditions.

Validity & Taxes: Electronic bids will be valid for 90 days. Rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Opening: Bids submitted online will be opened electronically on the same day of closing.
