| 9 | Other supporting documents: copy of CNIC, IBAN, bank account details, vendor opening reference, 5 copies of firm’s pads (stamped), workshop pictures, e-mail address and mobile/WhatsApp numbers. |
| 10 | Blank quotation of the firm duly affixed with stamp. |
Notes: Only firms registered on PPRA E-PADS may purchase bidding documents. Original bids must comply with PPRA Rules (including Rule 36(a)).
