Walton Cantonment Board invites online electronic bids through the e-Procurement / e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (https://eprocure.gov.pk) under single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(a) of the PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible original equipment manufacturers, authorized dealers or reputed organizations registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and having adequate past experience and financial capacity may apply.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Submission portal: Online only via e-Procurement / e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
• Deadline for electronic submission: 2022-06-14 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 12:30 PM.
• Bidders must register on e-PADS and upload complete authenticated e-Bids including the PQR file.
• Each bid must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the name of Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment (original CDR to be submitted before closing date/time).
• Electronic bids will be valid for 30 days. Bids must include withholding tax liabilities as per Income Tax Ordinance.
