How to Apply
Procurement will be carried out through E-Procurement (EPADS). Bidding documents are available on EPADS and PPRA websites (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.asp). Bidders must submit their E-bid by uploading a PDF file on EPADS. Prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee.

Notes
The bid shall be a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The bid will be evaluated based on the least cost method. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Rule 35). No telephonic/conditional tender and without earnest money will be entertained.
