How to Apply
Bid forms can be obtained from the respective district tourism offices for a fee of PKR 2000. Completed bids must be submitted to the relevant district tourism office by 1:00 PM on the specified date for each location. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders.

Notes
A 2% bid security of the annual bid amount is required. The contract is for one year, extendable based on performance. A security deposit of PKR 50,000 for Guest Houses and PKR 100,000 for SPA Resort/Tourist Park is required from successful bidders. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
