How to Apply
Tenders/bidding documents shall be uploaded on EPAD Dashboard. All intending contractors/firms have to upload the earnest money in the form of CDR in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin 5% of the estimated/bid cost and the original CDR has to be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half hour before the opening of the bids.

Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Conditional tender shall not be entertained. The selection will be by the least cost. Successful bidders who offer a rate more than 4.99% below the T.S estimated cost will have to deposit additional performance security.
