GDA Expression of Interest: Auctioneer for Fish Landing Jetty, Surbandan (Gwadar)

Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) invites Expressions of Interest from eligible Mole Holders of District Gwadar (minimum six Mole Holders) to act as auctioneer for fish auctioning at Fish Landing Jetty, Surbandan.

Eligible applicants must be registered Mole Holders belonging to District Gwadar; Mole Holders from Surbandan will be given preference. Existing fish businessmen currently engaged in fish trade or related activities at Surbandan will be preferred. Applicants must not be defaulters of any government department, organization, cooperative society, financial institution, or other entity.

Financial eligibility requires a minimum turnover of PKR 1,200,000 (Twelve Lacs) in each of the last three years, supported by documentary evidence. Any bidder found to have submitted false information or to be a defaulter at any stage will be disqualified and rejected. GDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The successful auctioneer/Mole Holder must comply with all rules, regulations and instructions issued by concerned authorities regarding management and operation of the Fish Landing Jetty, Surbandan.

Incomplete applications or bids received after the due date will not be entertained. The number of Mole Holders to be selected may be increased or decreased as per conditions and no claim shall lie against such variation. Any other terms and conditions deemed necessary by the competent authority may be imposed.
