Punjab Highways Department, Executive Engineer Highways Division, Faisalabad invites e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms/Contractors (registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and holding a valid PEC license) for multiple road improvement / carpet road works in Faisalabad District. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal (www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk).

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

• Registration on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement website and submission of bids through the portal only.
• Contractors/Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26.
• Earnest Money (Bid Security) to be uploaded in the form of CDR in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division, Faisalabad as specified for each package.
• Performance Security/Guarantee: 10% of the Contract Amount to be furnished by the successful bidder within 15 days of receipt of letter of acceptance (as per tender conditions).
• Completion period for each listed work is 3 months unless otherwise stated in the table below.
• Bid opening (online) and presence of contractors: 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM (as specified below). Contractors may attend the office of the Executive Engineer, Faisalabad Division.
