WAPDA Mangla Invitation to E-Bid – Reservoir Works & Purchase of One Boat (Deadline 2026-06-29)

Employer: Pakistan WAPDA, represented by the Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO Mangla, invites electronic bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code for the year 2025-2026.

How to apply / submit bids:

- Bidding documents, required qualifications, specifications and detailed terms are available as per regulations and must be downloaded from the e-procurement/EPADS system and WAPDA/PPRA websites.

- Bids shall be submitted electronically using the e-procurement/EPADS system only. Manual or hard-copy bids will not be accepted.

Deadlines & opening:

- Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:30 hours on 2026-06-29. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the Committee Room (Resident Engineer’s Office) MDO WAPDA Mangla.
