Employer: Pakistan WAPDA, Mangla Dam Organization (MDO) — Resident Engineer (Civil). Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with the relevant specialization, registered on the Active Tax Payers List for 2025-2026.

• Submission method: Electronic bids only via WAPDA EPADs (manual bids will not be accepted).
• Electronic bid submission deadline: on or before 2026-06-29 at 12:00 hours.
• Bid opening: 2026-06-29 at 12:30 hours at the Committee Room, Project Office, MDO Mangla.
• Original bid security (CDR) must be submitted to the Project Office before bid opening — not later than 11:30 hours on 2026-06-29. CDR must be in favor of Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO WAPDA Mangla and the bidder’s name must be written on the CDR.
• Bid validity: 120 days (as stated).
• Tender documents, detailed terms & conditions, specifications and clarifications are available on the WAPDA website and through EPADs.
• WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
