PEF Invitation to Bid: Procurement of LED TVs & Accessories for Head Office (FY 2025-2026)

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). ITB No: PEF/PROC/IT/2025-26/31. PEF invites sealed bids from eligible firms/suppliers registered with relevant tax and registration authorities for procurement of LED TVs and related accessories for the PEF Head Office new building for FY 2025-2026. Procurement will follow PPRA rules and PEF bidding procedures.

Estimated total cost: Rs. 13,500,000. Bid security: 2% of estimated price (Rs. 270,000). Original bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. A scanned copy of bid security should be uploaded on e-PPAS.

Bidding documents and detailed specifications, eligibility criteria and terms are available on e-PPAS, PPRA and PEF websites. Bids must be submitted through e-PPAS; however, the original bid security (and any other required original documents) must be delivered to the Daak Section of Punjab Education Foundation at 52-L, Gulberg III (near Kalma Chowk), Lahore.

Submission deadline: Bids must be delivered by 11:00 AM on 2024-06-23. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid validity: minimum 120 days from the last date for submission. Applicable taxes (income tax, GST, etc.) will be deducted as per law. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
