Tender: Establishment of 250-Bed Afghan Refugees Hospital, Chaman – Three Packages (Main Building, Services & External Works)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Afghan Refugees Hospital Chaman, C.W. PPH&AD Department. Invitation for sealed/electronic bids for the execution of works to establish a 250-bed hospital at Chaman under Composite Schedule Rates 2023.

Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 3% of estimated cost (in approved form such as bank guarantee or call deposit). Mandatory registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA is required for all bidders.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payers List, hold required Balochistan Revenue Authority registration (where applicable), be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, meet turnover and past-performance requirements as specified in the bidding documents, and not be blacklisted. Relevant supporting documents, affidavits and PEC registration must be provided as required by the bidding documents.

Submission and opening: Tender documents may be obtained as per the issuing office instructions. All bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives. Registration at BPPRA EPS is mandatory; bidders may submit through electronic or manual means as allowed by procurement rules.
