The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the senior position of Head, Commercial Banking Division (Consumer Banking Group) based in Lahore. Senior banking professionals with proven commercial banking experience and strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop CBD business plan in line with Bank’s business objectives.
  • Implement business plans, strategies to grow funded and non-funded business.
  • Identify business opportunities, structure proposals, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements.
  • Establish new relationships and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure achievement of financial and non-financial objectives and maintain credit discipline in line with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with SBP regulations and PRs.
  • Ensure development of staff for professional grooming and career/capability building.
Eligibility / Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
Experience Minimum 12 years' experience. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant banking experience.
Age Up to 55 years as on date of application
