Employer: The Bank of Punjab. Location: Lahore. Position: Head Commercial Banking Division (Consumer Banking Group). Grade: Band-3 to Band-2.

Key responsibilities include developing the Consumer Banking Division business plan in line with Bank objectives; implementing business plans and strategies to grow funded and non-funded business; identifying business opportunities, structuring proposals, negotiating terms and arranging security; establishing and strengthening customer relationships; achieving financial and non-financial targets; maintaining credit discipline in line with Bank policies and procedures; monitoring compliance with SBP regulations and PRs; and developing staff for professional growth and capacity building.
