Important submission details:
- Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:30 on submission of a written request and the non-refundable tender fee (as specified) in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to the Principal Accounts Officer. P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad is provided for correspondence. Call deposit will not be accepted.
- Tenders will be received up to 14:30 hours and opened the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- Bids must comply with the specified tendering method (single-stage/ two-envelope where indicated). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPR rules.
