- Master's degree or higher from a recognized/reputable university or equivalent professional distinction. - At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit domain or international development. - Strong record of institutional leadership with capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development and stakeholder engagement. - Experience in establishing, leading or transforming large and complex organizations, particularly in education, research or public service, is a distinct advantage. |

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution; OR - Law graduate; OR - Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., ICAP, ACCA); OR - Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries (e.g., ICSP, ICSA). - Minimum 10 years' relevant experience. Preference for candidates with similar experience in trusts, companies or registered organizations. Must meet fit & proper criteria as provided in the Trust deed. |
