Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors for the construction/rehabilitation work under ADP No.2351 (Year 2025-2026). Bidders must be registered on the PPRA e-tendering system and comply with PPRA/departmental rules. Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Bid Security must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day (half hour before bid opening) or the bid will be declared non-responsive. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee in accordance with the tender conditions and submit required original documents within the stipulated time.
