Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar. E-tenders are invited through Punjab PPRA e-tendering (E-PADS) for multiple water supply, sewerage, soling, culvert and sullage carrier works in Tehsils and localities of District Bahawalnagar. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and hold valid NTN/PNTN for FY 2025-26 and register on the Punjab PPRA procurement website.
Key dates and instructions:
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-11 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Department, near Pull Fordwah Canal, Bahawalnagar.
- Bid opening / retrieval and announcement: 2026-06-23. Contractors may attend at 01:00 PM (announcement at 02:00 PM) in the office of Director Development & Finance, Bahawalpur Division, Bahawalnagar.
- Earnest money: 5% of estimated cost to be uploaded in the form of CDR on the PPRA e-tendering website and original CDR to be submitted to the tender opening committee an hour before opening; bids without required CDR or submitted late will be considered non-responsive.
- Successful bidder will be required to furnish performance guarantee as per PPRA rules.
- Incomplete financial bids, blank entries or non-compliant BOQs will be rejected. Any fake information may lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
- All terms and conditions of tender documents shall be strictly followed. Contractors must register on Punjab PPRA (www.punjabprocurement.gov.pk) and follow tendering procedure through the PPRA website.
