The National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from consulting firms for the development of a Digital Project Management Platform under the PPSF-financed procurement to support preparation of the proposed ADB-financed Reconstruction of National Highway (N-5) under Pakistan’s Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework Project.

| Scope Summary | Design, development and implementation of a digital project management platform to support project planning, progress monitoring and reporting. | Consultant Eligibility / Qualifications (summary) | Firms should demonstrate experience in developing and implementing digital project management platforms for infrastructure projects, GIS and BIM integration, remote sensing/satellite data use, development of web/mobile dashboards and data collection tools, asset management systems, and capacity building/training for client staff. Evidence of relevant past assignments and appropriate technical expertise is required. |
