Issuer: Asian Development Bank (ADB), Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM).
Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Building Construction Project Management Consultant (PMC) services, including quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and site supervision services for the ADB Pakistan Resident Mission.
Scope: Provision of project management consultancy, QA/QC and site supervision for ADB PRM building construction works. The consultant will provide management, supervision, inspection, and advisory services throughout design, construction and handover phases to ensure contractor performance and compliance with applicable standards.
